Shipping policy

Eagle Republic ships nationwide from our warehouse located in Silverdale, Auckland.

Shipping prices are calculated by region and will be automatically added to the checkout once you have entered your address.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days with live tracking.

Pick up is also available from 18a David McCathie Place, Silverdale, Auckland. Select ‘Pick up’ at checkout and allow 2 business days for your order to be ready for collection.

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days, and please allow up to 7 days for delivery, although we aim to have your order to you as quickly as possible. You will be notified when your order is dispatched and provided with a tracking number through the courier. If you have not received this within 2 business days, please feel free to contact us.

If the ticket number does not work immediately, it means the parcel is yet to be scanned by the courier. Please try again in a few hours or the next business day (if it is the weekend or a public holiday).

We recommend someone to be home to sign for the delivery to ensure items are not damaged in transit.
